These workouts are very advanced with heavy weights and rep counts. I strongly suggest doing Booty Pop before taking this on as Booty Pro is the level of training and workouts I currently do and it took me some 9 months to build up to this level of training. This is the last of 3 stages – both Stage 1 and 2 are great guides and will generate great results if followed correctly – so unless you are comfortable doing things like weighted jumping squats and single leg hack squats consider doing Stage 2 first.
