What’s Included: With your entry, you get the Meal Plan, Workout Plan, support group, and my personal guidance. I’ll help you understand the value of healthy nutrition through Macro counts, and provide multiple substitutions so you are able to swap out foods as needed. For example, if you don’t like chicken, you can use ground turkey or fish to get your protein intake for that particular meal. For the workouts, you’ll get a detailed workout plan to use each week. I have done every workout included in every plan, and will do most of them along with you during the six week challenge. There are also options for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants, allowing for modifications as needed. Each workout includes the number of reps/sets, as well as photo and video demonstrations.
You’ll never go hungry – I offer over 50 different meal options to accommodate all different type of diets. Here are just a few samples of the meals you’ll have access to. These are simple, healthy whole foods; I do not prescribe crazy hard to get meats or expensive products.
How do I get my plan: After purchasing, you’ll receive instant access to the challenge information, however, the meal plans and workout routines will be unlocked on 1/18/17 with all the details. You will receive an instructional email after you complete the order, so make sure you check your email for additional info (if you don’t see it, check the spam folder just in case). - This is both for men and women. The program is designed to be scaleable, with options for men and women.

- Yes, I provide both Vegetarian and Vegan food options along with the meal plan.

How do I enter to win the $1,250 or other prizes?
- Instructions will be both emailed to you upon signing up and be posted in the guide itself as it gets closer to the start date.
- Photo submission is OPTIONAL but you can NOT win without proof. Everyone is welcome to participate, even if they do not want to share their photos with me.
- Photo submission instruction will also be emailed to you a few days prior to the start.
How is the winner chosen?
- At the end of the 6 Weeks, those that want to will submit their final photos. The best transformation will win the cash prize – sent via PayPal
Do I need a gym membership?
- No, but it is highly recommended. You simply can’t get as many workouts in due to lack of equipment, and it’s much easier to get distracted at home. You’ll be able to substitute workouts for at-home, if needed.
