What’s Included: With your entry, you get the Meal Plan, Workout Plan, FB Support Group, Weekly Check-Ins and my Personal Guidance. I’ll help you understand the value of healthy nutrition through either Macro counting or my provided meal plan, and give you multiple substitutions so you are able to swap out foods as needed. For example, if you don’t like chicken, you can use ground turkey or fish to get your protein intake for that particular meal. For the workouts, you’ll get a detailed workout plan to use each week. I have personally done every workout included in every plan, and will do most of them along with you during the six week program, we are in this together. The workout options include Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, allowing for modifications as needed. Each workout includes the number of reps/sets, as well as photo and video demonstrations.


How much to enter?

  • It’s a one time payment $189.99 USD per person for the Standard Entry. I have also included a $99 Lite option for those that don’t need weekly feedback and don’t care to try and win the cash prize. You still get all the other benefits. Additionally I have included the option to split your entry into two payments for those on a tighter budget.

Do I need to live in the USA to enter?

  • No, this program is open to anyone around the world.

Is this for Women only or can Men join?

  • This is both for men and women. The program is designed to be scaleable, with options for men and women.

I’m Vegetarian,  Pescatarian, Vegan or Other. Will this work for me?

  • Yes, I provide ALL those food options along with the meal plan. I will even help you with your personal Macro breakdown after Week 1 check-ins if needed.

How many spots are available?

  • Availability is limited – I will close registration once all spots are filled up.

Do you personally help keep me accountable & on track?

  • I do my very best. You have weekly check-ins, optional homework workouts, I do weekly LIVE Facebook sessions to answer questions and more. But I am not your babysitter & can’t hold your hand if you are not willing to put in the work or try.

How do I enter to win the prize money?

  • Instructions will be both emailed to you upon signing up and be posted in the guide itself as it gets closer to the start date.
  • Photo submission is OPTIONAL but you can NOT win without proof. Everyone is welcome to participate, even if they do not want to share their photos with me.
  • The prize money is just an incentive to keep you motivated, but should NOT be your only driving factor. If you are simply looking to try and cash out and win for the money I advice you to consider someone else’s program. I run a very honest, transparent & bs free program. I have never had an issue with a past winner or even a top 10 placement and I ensure my LDFCers are satisfied.

How is the winner chosen?

  • At the end of the 6 Weeks, those that want to will submit their final photos. The best overall transformation will win the cash prize – sent via PayPal. The winner is not chosen by the person who looses the most weight, but by many factors. Do I need a gym membership?

  • No! I have an entire at home section and body circuits options that I personally do all the time. I have had people will the challenge doing JUST the at home guide. A gym is always a good option to have but it is not required.

Are results guaranteed?

  • If you follow the meal plan and the workouts, you will see results – guaranteed! I have helped thousands of clients lose weight and start a healthier lifestyle 🙂

If I don’t have Facebook can I still join?

  • Yes you can, you do not need a Facebook account to participate. However you will miss out on my weekly LIVE sessions where I answer questions & miss out on the support group itself. Motivation is a huge part of the program and helping one another goes a long way.

Can I share this program with a friend?

  • No. Each program comes with many benefits tied to your personal login and account including things like your Weekly check-ins, Facebook support group & more. Everything is tied to one person, plus sharing the info would be wrong, hurt my feelings and be illegal 😉

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the program?

  • No. It wouldn’t be fair to ANY coach if you could simply sample out programs until you found one that fits your likes. Once the program is unlocked there are no refunds.
