Lauren, I am so excited for my result photos! Last night, I wore a crop top for the first time and felt 100% confident and proud of my accomplishments. The last couple weeks, I've been running in a just a sports bra, a goal of mine since I was running laps during high school soccer practices. I'll turn 32 in a couple weeks and thanks to your program, I am in the best shape of my life. I've been going to the gym regularly for 3 years now, considered myself a heavy-weights girl. Although, I still like improving my lifts, your fat burning program has given me better results than I could have imagined. And its fun! Then I went to college and it all changed. I partied and drank alcohol often, at late night meals, and my only workout would be an occasional game of basketball here and there. This paved the way to the pictures you see on your left. I went on several binges of extreme diets and lost weight quickly and then quickly gained it back as I decided to eat every and anything and stop working out. Four years later as a college grad I got tired of what I saw in the mirror and decided to make a change. This is what 6 weeks of constancy and hard work looks like; 17 lbs, 3 pants sizes, and several inches down. Lauren, you are my saving grace! Your program came at just the right time when I was feeling hopeless and depressed. After having 2 kids my body was never the same. I was left with a saggy stomach and derrière. I was growing older (forty is right around the corner) and frumpier by the day. Working in the medical field, I knew the importance of taking care of my health but was too stressed out to do anything about it. I survived on pizza, donuts, and ice cream daily after long hours at work. Sadly, my kids eat what their mommy eat. I knew if I didn't change my lifestyle soon diabetes and hyperlipemia would be a huge concern not just for myself but for my darling kids. I've had 3 children, 2 c-sections, repeated abdominal muscle separation, and a million other excuses to not eat healthy or be fit. But do you know what? That's just what they are...EXCUSES!!! Weight Lost: 7 Lbs Inches Lost: 2 inches waist, 2 inches hips, 1 inch back I started this challenge with hope to change my life and improve overall health. I was diagnosed with PCOS - polycystic ovarian syndrome over 2 years ago when my husband and I decided to check why I couldn’t get pregnant. This condition makes losing weight challenging and due to age - 36 - it got really hard to lose even 1 pound. Struggling with my body image from childhood I always try to stay active, but I needed a little kickstart to finally see the results and speed up my metabolism. This challenge has taught me to forgive myself and enjoy food again vs. punishing myself when I have a hiccup. I worked really hard. Third week in a challenge I got a faint positive pregnancy test, which was my first ever in my life. Even thought it turned out to be a very early miscarriage I got my hope back. I decided to postpone my upcoming IVF treatment and try to stick to the healthy diet and exercise. I took a week break from the challenge, but then I got back and pushed hard. Sticking to the program helped me with keeping my head occupied and kept me away from negative thinking. Despite what will happen I feel my body and mind are better prepared for upcoming treatments or pregnancy. This challenge has definitely taught me self-discipline, forgiveness, made my body and soul strong, and gave me hope for better life.

So I am the type of girl that always weighs heavy unless I lose a lot of muscle, and that's not what I wanted to do. Unless my scale is broken, I can be honest and tell you that I didn't lose a pound. Not one! I stayed at 150 the entire time, and I'm completely okay with that, because I lost a total of 12 inches! I'm so satisfied and impressed with everything that you provided us with during this challenge that I signed up for your next one as well! The amount of information that you provided- from the different meal plans to the at-home versions of the workouts- shows how much hard work and effort you put into these challenges. After a few years of unsuccessful attempts to get back in shape, I decided to give one of Lauren's challenges a try. Having seen several amazing before and after photos on her Instagram, I couldn't wait to put myself to the test.... and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made! I look and feel better than I ever thought possible. The program was easy to follow- she gave us a detailed day-to-day meal plan, daily workouts, chat support, videos, etc., it's no wonder that we all ended up with such drastic and incredible results. I'm a loyal client for life and I can't wait to start the next challenge!! Lauren, you are the reason that I was able to get back on track. I barely recognized myself when I took my before pictures. Definitely the worst shape of my life, even right after I had my two boys I didn't look as bad.

This was my very first challenge ever, and I must say I learned a lot. Before this challenge, I was only lifting weights at home, I wasn't running and I certainly wasn't eating every few hours. The meals have helped me tremendously, I now know I need to eat smaller, and more frequent meals rather than 2-3 large meals. Although I didn't follow the meals you provided, I did follow your recommendations. I also never did any cardio before—running around the baseball field just once was really hard for me—now I am more consistent. I didn't measure myself, but I did weigh in from time to time and I've lost a total of 8 lbs. It doesn't seem like a lot, but I do notice a difference. Thank you again for the encouragement and getting me on the right track.

Lost 8lbs. This past winter has been very hard mentally/emotionally for me. Which caused me to gain a lot of weight after just competing in a bikini competition in Oct 2016. I saw Lauren's spring challenge on Instagram and knew I needed something to keep me motivated, accountable, and let's face it, if I invest my money into something I'm going to make things happen! I was very impressed with how everything through the online program was organized! Through LDF you get LOADS of information and it is presented and organized perfectly. In no way would I change this! I wasn't very active on the Facebook group, but I did very much enjoy it! Some days, I felt "blah" and I'd see how others were up and at it, which did give me that burst of energy and to make things happen. I'm sure it's not fun constantly reminding us about pounds/scale or to stop stressing/worrying about everything, but those reminders do help! Since I've been through the bikini prep, I have learned to trust the process and not stress, but from a beginner standpoint you second-guess everything and those reminders do help (A LOT)! I loved Lauren and David's weekly videos! One of Lauren's weekly check-in videos talked about was how to eat when you're out with friends, how to order, what to get when you're on the road and need a snack.. I'm glad she talked about all that! I always felt like I had to separate myself from having social time until that topic. I am so happy with my results and it has helped me get out of my winter blues! :)

I loved this challenge! It has built my confidence and has made me feel so good about my body, even if these last two weeks, I have gained back my weight due to health issues, but that won't stop me from going back and kicking butt in the gym to lose it again! I initially weighed 128 and I now weigh 119, I mostly lost the weight on my love handles and my back. I absolutely loved how I lost weight and started to gain muscle, unfortunately I couldn't cut out the sugar completely (as I'm type one diabetic) and these past two weeks my lows have gotten more severe and I've been stuffing my face with sugar so often I'm surprised I didn't get a sugar I.V.! Lol BUT I'm going to keep pushing to be where I want, I won't let this setback keep me down. Thank you for being my inspiration to be a healthier better me, I'm so glad I came across your Instagram or I'd probably be dealing with a more worse situation than these lows, I'd probably be eating myself to death. I have seen more improvements in my health in the first two weeks with your program than I have in YEARS with my doctors and nutritionists. I just want to let you know that this was the best decision I have made in a long time about myself, as well as improving my self-confidence, and goals. I want to thank you for the time you spend making these meal plans and workout plans. Overall I believe that I did a great job. It was really hard sticking to the diet but I managed and even in times of weakness I would remember why I started and get started again. The results impacted me in a huge way. Jessica M Thank you so much for allowing me to feel great about myself again. My husband has never called me "HOT!" this much before; it feels amazing! The workouts were killer and hard but I was able to get better and better each week as I felt stronger. The meal plan was so helpful and so were you whenever I had any questions about carbs, snacks, and even bodily functions. I've lost a total of 8.4 lbs and a total of 23.75 inches!! I'm amazed at the results and so extremely happy in my own skin again.

The program has been great! I've been in a rut for a long time, finding it hard to get the motivation to workout. 2.5 years ago my daughter was born 3 months early, and let's be honest, having a baby in a hospital for the first 6 months isn't very conducive to a healthy lifestyle! Once she came home, I found out I needed a total hip replacement, which was done 1 month later. It will be 2 years on May 26th since my surgery, and I've only halfheartedly tried to get back into my workout/clean eating lifestyle. It's been tough and I needed a kick in the butt, and the program gave me that. I feel so much better than I did 30 days ago. My clothes are fitting better (a lot are too big!) and I have so much more energy. Excited to see what another 30 days of this plan will do for me!

This challenge was tough! It has been hard for me to change the way i eat and life got on the way many times! I thought i didnt make any progress as the numbers on the scale didnt move, i lost few inches as well but when i check my before picture...wow! What a change! I love the body ive built thanks to Lauren program and her personal advices given to me instantly on kik! I made a life change on the way i eat, and even though i did that challenge more on the cardio side i am gonna restart and add the heavy weight lifting for more muscle tone!

ErinI'm so excited to say that I've lost 30lbs in a span of 6 months! I delivered my baby girl via emergency C-section at the end of July 2015. Due to my C-Section, I was told that I would need to wait at least 8 weeks until I can start going back to the gym and even longer to work out my abs because I just had a major abdominal surgery.[read more="Read more" less="Read less"]

I lost all motivation because everyone always told me that with a C-section, it would be next to impossible to ever get a flat tummy again. As for ever getting abs... forget it. Apparently I was going to be forever stuck with the dreaded C-section pouch that only surgery could get rid of.

One day, I was looking for motivation on IG and came across Laurens page. I looked around and compared several trainers but I chose to go with Lauren because I liked that she had a transformation of her own.

So I purchased my package and signed up for the gym when I was given the okay to do so by my doctor... and here I am today in better shape than I was pre-pregnancy. I cannot thank you enough! Thank you for helping me to achieve what was apparently impossible. I couldn't have done it without you!

I have struggled with eating disorders most of my life, at one point only eating about 600 calories a day then after having severe hyperemesis with my pregnancies I went into this cycle of binging on junk food and restricting. My health was terrible.[read more="Read more" less="Read less"]I was struggling to get to my pre-pregnancy weight and was sick and tired all the time. Then a few months ago my 7 year old son asked me why I was always sick and why did I sleep so much. It made me feel terrible. This wasn't how I wanted them to remember me. I had a lot of self-loathing and the scale depressed me. I had been following Lauren on Instagram for awhile and was truly inspired by her transformation. Like me she's a nurse working night shifts so I knew she could relate to struggles I might face. I emailed her and she gave me a great customized nutrition and work out plan and has been a consistent source of encouragement and support. In the last 8 weeks I've lost 20lbs and have improved my relationship with food. I'm learning to have balance and not obsess over every calorie or carb. I've learned that small indulgences are ok sometimes as long as it's balanced with healthy foods, lots of h2o and staying active. I'm a lot stronger than before as well which is the most important thing. I'm lifting 20lbs more on each side before and my stamina for cardio is vastly improved. IMG_3676I have long struggled with my weight, done years of yoyo dieting and tried many online programs culminating in becoming bulimic last year. To complicate things further I found out last year that I have PCOS, a health condition exacerbated by excess body fat but seemingly couldn't get out of the negative cycle I was in to treat my body right and become healthier. [read more="Read more" less="Read less"]Lauren's 6 week holiday challenge was the first program I've actually been able to stick to, and the first I got results from. Instead of focusing on calories I was hitting macro goals- much more enjoyable and realistic! I learned not to be afraid of carbs, and that I could eat until I was full multiple times a day and still see results. I could even factor in some cheats and not worry! Breaking the negative self-punishing cycle I had been in for so many years was so powerful and I started to take pride in my body and what it was able to achieve- the first time you lift more than your body weight is so exciting! I developed a much more holistic view of how to treat my body, and started to take pride in my performance at the gym rather than just dreading the boredom of monotonous cardio. Coming second place in the challenge only encouraged me further and I won a further 4 weeks of personal coaching from Lauren. I was interested to see how the program would change compared with the challenge and to my surprise she actually increased my calories! The weekly check ins kept me focused and motivated, and Lauren was always very encouraging and able to offer advice when my circumstances changed over Christmas. Overall I've lost 10lb, 4 inches round my hips, 2.5 round my waist and even my gym clothes are starting to become loose.
