If you’re looking for a custom meal plan & workout routine that will go hand in had with one another you’ve come to the right place. I work closely with my clients to offer them an individualized meal and workout plan that will help generate the same results I and many of my clients have had. I do not offer a cookie cutter plan, or some random detox challenge or some made up body weight repetitive workout that does nothing for you other than take your money. I personally build out each custom meal plan and workout routine for each of my clients and offer 2 different program options to best suit your needs; 8 or 12 week Full Online Coaching program with 2 intensity level options (beginner: basic weight loss, toning & healthy habits – or intermediate: active person looking to trim down and put on some muscle mass and definition). These programs include a completely custom built (for you) meal plan (Meat Lovers, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian or Keto) & workouts based off of a very detailed questioner that you fill out after making a payment. You will have weekly Check-ins, accountability & access to me directly to ask any questions, get guidance, motivation or support that you may need. I work closely with my clients to help alter or adjust the meal plans or workouts throughout the duration of the program to ensure maximum results, comfort and sustainability. How long does it take to build out my custom meal & workout plan?

  • After payment I will send you a detailed questioner – once you fill that out it takes me 3-5 days to get you a custom built plan.

Is the plan easy to understand?

  • Yes, I do my best to build out workouts and meals that will be easy to understand and follow – workouts are beginner friendly and go all the way up to expert if needed based upon your personal needs.

I’m a vegetarian, vegan, allergic or etc – can you still help?

  • Yes, I have many different clients with different dietary needs and for custom plans I work around all of those needs to ensure we come up with a meal plan that works best for you and fits your lifestyle.

What happens if I have a question after the fact?

  • Talk to me directly – Every client that signs up for a custom meal & workout plan gets my personal KIK Messenger account name and you can shoot me a message any time.

Do I need a gym membership?

  • No you do not but it is highly recommended. You simply can’t get as many workouts in at home due to lack of equipment and it’s much easier to get distracted. You’ll be able to substitute workouts for at home if needed.

Do you train men?

  • Yes, I have many male clients.

Are results guaranteed?

  • Absolutely not – I can provide you with the structure, the information, the guidance and everything else but I can not force you to commit to following the plan or working out. However, if you do follow the meal plan guide and the workouts you will see results.

Do I need a PayPal account?

  • You do not – you can check out as a guest and use a credit card for payment
