I work closely with my clients to offer them an individualized meal and workout plan that will help generate the same results I and many of my clients have had. I do not offer a cookie cutter plan, or some random detox challenge or some made up body weight repetitive workout that does nothing for you other than take your money. I personally build out each custom meal plan and workout routine for each of my clients and offer 2 different program options to best suit your needs; 8 or 12 week Full Online Coaching program with 2 intensity level options (beginner: basic weight loss, toning & healthy habits – or intermediate: active person looking to trim down and put on some muscle mass and definition). These programs include a completely custom built (for you) meal plan (Meat Lovers, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian or Keto) & workouts based off of a very detailed questioner that you fill out after making a payment. You will weekly check-ins, accountability & access to me directly to ask any questions, get guidance, motivation or support that you may need. I work closely with my clients to help alter or adjust the meal plans or workouts throughout the duration of the program to ensure maximum results, comfort and sustainability.
